Davis, Jack Jack Davis, son of the late Jennie and Samuel, brother of Lila (Fred) Bondy and late Albert (Beatrice), loving lifetime companion of Julia Hoover, uncle of Robert (Antonia) Davis, Linda (John) Reis, Pamela (Yonah Dokarker) Bondy, Karen (David) Schwartz and Cheryl (Mark) Kaplan and dear friend of loving caregiver John. Donations would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association, 8430 West Bryn Mawr, Ste 800, Chicago, IL 60602 or Rainbow Hospice, 444 Northwest Hwy, Ste 145, Parkridge, IL 60068.
