Jack,
I love you & miss you so very much. I look forward to the day when I can be with you again. You are such a big part of my life that I am lost without you. You said we would be "Together Forever". Remember?
P.S. Alex misses her PiPa taking money out of her ears and asking her to "Give me a hug"!

TO the Family of Jack Cook:
I knew and worked with Jack W Cook at the Cook County Assessor's office from May of 1971 until he left the office in the 1980's. He attended my Bachelor party and Wedding and I was present at his farewell party from the office.
I considered Jack to be extremely knowledgable person in the assessment and legal description field and more importantly a good friend.
Our sympathies to his family and friends.
