Garfield, Iris Lane (nee Tobin), of Buffolo Grove, beloved wife for 46 years of Edward, loving mother of Jayne (Iver Johnson) Bockman, Michael Garfield and Karyn Musick, adored Nana of Dan Bockman, Cassie (Ryan) Hart, Alex and Jaclyn Musick, cherished sister of Rolla Kohn. Service Monday, 3 p.m., at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 blk. N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Lung Assn. of Lake County, 21 N. Skokie Hwy., Ste. G4, Lake Bluff, IL 60044. Dear Eddie, Children and Grandchildren: I am deeply saddened by the news of Iris's death. She was a beautiful, warm, loving person with a fabulous personality. I know she will be missed.
