Loving husband of Patricia Ann (nee Murray) and the late Rosemary (nee Keegan), devoted father of James, Jeff, Jeanne (Paul) Anderson, Steve, Susan (Mike) Faloona, Gregory K. and the late William, dear step-father of Michael (Karen) Gilhooly, Tricia Wilson, Kevin and Patrick (Jennifer) Gilhooly, proud grandpa of many, fond brother of Shirley (Tom) Bigley and the late James F. Chap, also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Funeral Wednesday, 9:15 a.m., from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to St. Bernadette Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 3 until 9 p.m. Info: 708-636-1193

Dear Chap Family....Deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one...we go all the way back to high school yrs. He was such a gentleman and a gentle man...I know he will be sorely missed.
