Ida Celli Bullard

Ida Celli Bullard died in Eureka on November 5, 2004, at the age of 91. She was a lifetime resident of Eureka, born in Shively, CA, on February 22, 1913.

Ida is survived by her grandson, David C. Bullard of Eureka; her nephew and niece, Raphael and Janice Belluomini of Clayton, CA; and her sister-in-law, Hazel Bullard of Two Harbors, MN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles N. Bullard in 1980; her son, David W. Bullard in 1956; her son, Thomas H. Bullard in 1997, her nephew, Donald Celli and his wife Lucille; as well as her three brothers and three sisters.

At Ida’s request, no services will be held.

Sorry to hear of You loss David. Your grandmother was a very sweet lady. She did a very loving thing for my brother Larry renting that house to him at a much reduced price. because of Tom's friendship with Larry. I'm sure she will be missed dearly. Sincerly Randy and Judy Ford..
