The years of support and interest in the high schools of the west side of Chicago were sincerely appreciated by teachers, students and principals. Paul's assistance in the creation of the West Side Cluster Academic Olympics was crucial to their success and subsequent adoption by all the Chicago Public Schools. I know that I speak for all my colleagures as I extend our sympathy and condolences to the family.

We were privileged to know and work with Paul Brna.

I never saw Paul when he didn't have a kind word or a smile to share. He was a great joke teller too, sharing the funniest jokes ever. He truly was a member of our family, and I will miss him greatly.

Sorry to learn of Paul's death. We both worked on the EO Staff for many years and had many valuable conversations. My deepest sympathy; I lost a good friend. I was responsible for the equal opportunity services regarding people with disabilities

Paul will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts. He was gracious and proud, kind and caring. More than a friend, a member of our family. We will remember his voice, his smile and his laugh. Paul, you enjoyed life and we enjoyed you. You will be truly missed, but never forgotten!
