Rubenstein, Howard age 89, beloved husband of Mildred (nee Baskin), loving father of Eileen (Dr. Paul) Goldstein and the late Myra Rubenstein Weis, fond son of the late Mendel and Fagel Rubenstein, adored grandfather of Jonathan Mandel (Lisa) Weis, Sari Tova Weis, Minette Faye Goldstein, Dr. Jordan Louis Goldstein, Jeremy Zev Goldstein, and Lindsey Beth Goldstein, dear brother of Rose Rottstin, Jeanette Kroll, Bea Phillips and the late Ethel Berland, Edward, Joseph, Irv and Terry Rubenstein. Services Friday, July 22 at 11 a.m. at Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette (1 block north of Old Orchard). Interment Shalom Memorial Park, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Myra Rubenstein Weis Health Resource Center at ENH/Highland Park Hospital.
