Howard Rosenthal Obituary

Rosenthal, Howard 88, died December 12th, after a 26 day hospitalization. The cause was Kidney and Respiratory failure. A native Chicagoan, he went to Roosevelt High and Lewis Institute, where he received a B.S. in 1939. His employement was as a chemist in research and development; his last employer was Sthar & Company. He was active in the Chicago Technical Societies Council and served as President in 1960. He moved to the Breakers at Edgewater Beach in 1997. He is lovingly survived by three nieces, Nidra Rosenthal of Berkeley, CA, Olivia Parrish of Forestville, CA and Victoria Baylin of Silver Spring, MD; two great-nieces and his cousins, Dorothy Sills and Linda Miller. He will be warmly remembered by friends and family for his kindness, quick mind and easy going nature. Visit Guest Book at www.suntimes.com
