Hi Marlene, I was looking around the internet for Chicago information and I found this legacy page for Howard. I know it has been a few months now, but I wanted you to know that when I read his obituary again I was immediately taken back to the time I was lucky enough to work with Howard on the Israeli-American Business Forum. I always envied (and strive for) the relationship the two of you had - you were the lights of each others eyes and hearts. Sending you love!

My time spent on a Hadassah Mission to Israel several years ago with Howard and Marlene was a wonderful experience. Although my father was friends with Howard for some time, I had never met them previously. They treated me from the first moment with a wonderful kindness that I will never forget. Howard's passing is deeply saddening, but the world is a much better place because of Howard's life. I was glad to be in a very small part of it.
