Tylka, Hieronim "Jerome" age 76, beloved husband of Bronislawa (nee Radecka), loving father of Helena (Edward) Kush, Andrew (Angie), Anna (Michael) Schuler and Adam (Lori), fond grandfather of Stacie, Nicole, Ian, Andrew, Michael, Evelynn, Aidan and Luke, dearest brother of Albina, Josephine, the late Andrew, Louise, Joseph, Ludwik, Stanley and Edward, also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday, 9 a.m., from Ridge Funeral Home, Edward A. Tylka, Director, 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma), to St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 2 to 9 p.m. 773-586-7900.
