Levin, Herbert L. 83, of Chicago, beloved husband of Inez (nee Shutan), loving father of Helene, Michael, and Abbe (Ronald Arsenault) Levin, devoted grandfather of Jack and Jules, dear brother of Edward, Irwin "Buddy" (Susan), and the late Melvin (the late Helen) Levin, fond brother-in-law of Rhoda Shapiro, dear uncle to many. Funeral service Sunday, 1:00 p.m. at Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Entombment Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated. Info 847-256-5700

Herb, there were good days and bad days in the years I worked for you and lots of laughs. You have a great family and Inez is a saint. One thing I always wanted to know - why did you always win the argument? You will be missed. MaryLou.
