Henry Soltysinski Obituary
Henry M. Soltysinski Jr., age 62, lifelong of the Southeast Side, passed away December 10, 2020. Beloved husband of Catherine "Cathy" (nee Harmon) for 36 years. Loving father and best friend of William "Bill" Soltysinski. Devoted son of Jacqueline (nee Kompare) and the late Henry M. Soltysinski Sr. Dearest brother of Susan (Eric) Tomasson. Dear son-in-law of Judith (late Karl) Harmon. Fond brother-in-law of Chris (Paul) Wisniewski, Cheryl (Dan) Nawrocki and Suzanne Harmon. Loving uncle of 7 and adored great uncle of 3. Henry was a proud graduate of Purdue University and John Marshall Law School. He was an attorney with the Office of the Inspector General and loved his Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks. He also loved his canine friends and always wanted to help any animals in need. Visitation Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 9am until time of funeral services at 11am at Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the South Suburban Humane Society of Chicago Heights in Henry's name would be appreciated. 773-731-2749 www.elmwoodchapel.com
