(nee Blake), loving father of Henry Jr. (Susan), Susan, Christopher, David (Patricia) and Jeanine Balog, special grandfather of 14, great-grandfather of three, dear brother of Claire (the late Joseph) Krieger, uncle of many. Member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters #806 and the Horans Club. U.S. Army Vet. Funeral services Wednesday, August 6th, 9:30 a.m., from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home/Gamboney & Son Directors, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to St. Symphorosa Church, 6135 S. I remember hank like it was yesterday in my yard down in florida with his shirt off sucking up the sun never seen him so happy in my life then me and janine took him and donna to a beautiful resort out on the outer islands called south seas plantation he was a big shot for a weekend that's for sure he will be missed into the whole balog family i'm sorry for the loss

Hi my name is James Weiss I remember Hank on my property in fort Myers Florida with his shirt off soaking in the Sun we were barbecuing and I never seen him happier my condolences to the whole family
