Family-Placed Obituary

NIEDERMAN, Helen L. age 98 formerly of Hamilton, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004, in Garden Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Milford, OH on July 31, 1905, the daughter of Henry and Anna (Stephan) Baumann. In 1926, in Hamilton, OH, she married Raymond E. Niederman and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1982. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, and had volunteered at Fort Hamilton Hospital, for many years. Survivors include two sons and their wives, Lester and June Niederman, and Robert and Janet Niederman, all of Hamilton; seven grandchildren, Scott Niederman, Kent (Terri) Niederman, Lynette (Greg) Conrad, Deborah (Douglas) Pierson, Cynthia (Timothy) Sorrell, Nancy (Gregory) Garver, and Robert Alan (Bethann) Niederman; twenty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three brothers, Alfred Baumann of Hamilton, Ervin (Marsha) Baumann of Bloomingburg, OH, and Herbert (Doris) Baumann of West Chester; a sister-in-law, Berenice Fee, of West Chester. Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Louis Baumann; and a sister-in-law, Betty Baumann. The family would like to express their thanks to the nurses and staff of Garden Manor, for the excellent care provided to their mother. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Monday in the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 212 S. Front St., with Pastor Timothy Landers officiating, followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Sunday in the Proeschel-Crawford-Zettler Funeral Home, 547 Main St. Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church Radio Fund, 212 S. Front St., Hamilton 45011
