WWII Army Veteran, beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Wawrzyniak), devoted father of Jerry (Debbie) and Lee (Rita), proud grandfather of Jenny Boone, Michelle Balcerak, Erica Roccaforte and Mark Balcerak, great-grandfather of Justin Boone, loving brother of Al (Shirley) and the late Joseph, Dominic, Raymond, Stella Golon, Marie Kracinski and Lottie Kutka, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m., from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to St. Terrence Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Visitation Sunday, 3 to 8 p.m. Member of St. Terrence Men's Club. Info: 708-636-1193.
