Kostka, Joseph (Sarah) and the late Donald and Raymond O'Neill, loving grandmother of Megan (Brian), Shawn, Kathleen, James, Stephen and Elizabeth, fond aunt of many. Member of St. Turibius Mothers' Club, Jolly Seniors, Beginning Anew and the St. Anne Society. Funeral Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. from Egan Funeral Home, 3700 W. 63rd St. to St. Turibius Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
