Audrey Stanonis and Gerry Johnson in the 1960s.

Gerry was my sister Audrey Stanonis best friend. I remember Audrey telling me how the two of them walked to downtown Chicago from Des Plaines. In the 1970s, I remember Gerry and her husband coming over to our house with their dog, and Audrey and them were sitting on the front steps while I was playing fetch with a stick with the dog. Sorry for your loss.

Our family is saddend to here of the passing of Gerry Ann. As neighbors, we understood that she enjoyed her privacy, and we respected that. We pray that God will watch over the family, and bring comfort to them in this time of grief.
