Pamulak, Gerald T. September 10, 2003, beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Marasco), dear brother of Nancy (Fred) Kendall, fond uncle of Jeffrey Kendall and nephew of John Slowik. He will be missed by other relatives and good friends. Funeral Saturday, September 13, 2003, 9 a.m., from Marik Funeral Home, 6507 W. Cermak Rd., Berwyn, to St. Odilo Church for 9:30 a.m., Mass. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 30 N.
