George White Obituary
White, George W. age 78, of Mokena, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. He was one of the founders of St. Mary's booster club, a member of the Shriners, Teamsters Union Steward Local and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving family, wife Anna Marie White (nee Fuessel), children Anne (Bob) Vodicka, Merry (John) Mikulec, Kelly (Bruce) White, Georgia McAvee, George (Jackie) Whyte, Kevin White, brother Leslie White, grandchildren T.J., Nicholas, and Jordan Mikulec, Christopher and Zachary Vodicka, Lauren Whyte, Vincent Broenneke, Kyla White, great-grandchild Ethan Mikulec, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Viola (nee Bereiter) White, son David White, and siblings, Frank, Thomas, Raymond, and Fred White and Valerie Harker. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfurt Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Sunday, April 26, 2009, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass St. Mary Church Mokena, Monday, April 27, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Mary Church would be appreciated. We have known George & Anne Marie for 5 years.They are such wonderful people and very easy to Love. George used to tell a lot of silly but good jokes every time we saw him. The thing that bothers me is we can't remember not even 1 of them. He used to call me Merry Tozly and that made me smile. I or We Love him. You and all of us had a wonderful, husband,father, uncle, brother, grandfather and friend. We all still have with us a wonderful mother,sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. Yes George will be missed greatly and dearly by all who know and Love him. You are all in our prayers. We are very pleased that we had the pleasure of meeting such wonderful people such as them. Love Terry Mozzi ( Merry Tozly ) and family plus Annette Budd and her kids.
