Mark and Jimmy;
I can not tell you both the depth of my sadness to hear of your Dad's passing. Tom was a dear man. I have many happy memories spent with Dad and your family. Tom's family was his life! He loved you boys dearly - and His pride and joy - Granddaughter. I wish you both the best! You have done your father proud! Love, Carol Buchler-Brown

Please accept our sympathy on the death of your father. Your Dad was my mother's first cousin. Her name is Alveria Sassetti Smith married to the late Raymond Smith of Berwyn. My parents spent many happy times with George & Ida, your Dad and "Toots" & Vince Susin formerly of Cicero. My mother Alveria was a niece of George & Ida. My Grandmother, Mary Sassetti of Cicero was a sister to your Grandfather George. As far as I know my mother is the last remaining Sassetti. She is 93 years old and lives in a assisted living facility in Arlington Heights, IL.

Sorry to hear of the passing of your father. He was a great guy and will be missed by all of us. Tom and I go back to pony league in 1953, when we were teammates. He was quite a slugger.
