So here we are 2018 and I am setting up my home office. My most prize possessions are my mothers, father, grandmother and my certificates of completion of the tough demanding sales workshop I earned my first tiger tie at 14. My mom, Jill Carpenter and father Pat Carpenter were instructors for Mac. I am now a business Coach for some of the best companies in the world. One of my techniques is the I Will Win exercise! Mac's legacy lives. Reason the book Salesmanshop again. Which had been required reading for my children and direct reports. 417-576-4141.

Hi Grandpa!
I was just thinking about you and wanted to say Hi. We all miss you a lot, especially Gram! But don't worry, we are taking good care of her. Thanks for the signs to let us know you are doing okay up in Heaven. I hope you are having a good time visiting with the family and friends you haven't seen in a while. Thanks for your help while I was reading in mass, everyone said I did a good job and I couldn't have done it without you. I miss you so much. I will write again soon. I love you. Thumbs Up!!
Also make sure you watch over Lins while she is in New York by herself, and Kristin in Japan.

Notes from Mac's funeral service:
Where in the World is George McArdle and What is he Doing?
He is here -- He is in Heaven --
with God and his family and his friends.
No one is perfect but somehow we expected YOU to be.
Probably because you have such great qualities in such abundance.
No one should have to live up expections like that -- but YOU did -- sometimes just getting close but mostly wildly exceeding them.
In case there is anything you have ever felt you needed forgiveness for - consider it done - forgiven - never happened.
And for the things WE did or failed to do -- Please forgive us ... and we know that you do -- because you always have. That's the kind of guy you are.
So - now you are once again the way you have always been -- excited, joyful and full of ideas for new ventures that you are now able express.
You will soon be recruiting and training angels all over Heaven -- Way to Go !
And -- YOU have won and WE have won -- Why? We'll tell you why - because you have Faith, Courage, Enthusiasm, Determination, Compassion, Honesty, more Integrity than most of population of Chicago put together - and Love, Love, Love,
for Family, for Friends and for the average person you "fought like a Tiger" to help.
THUMBS UP ! BIG DAD !

I was fortunate enough to attend "Tiger School" under Mac, and I have been better for it. He not only helped my attitude toward my career, but also my attitude toward my life. He brought life to life w/ his energy and charisma. You were blessed to have him as your husband, father, grandfather. I am praying for your comfort. God Bless You,
Kathy (Duffy)Phayre

May the Father in heaven bless each member of Mac's family with peace and joy in this time of loss. May you come to understand what a special man he is and was to so many of us.
Blessings of faith, courage and enthusiasm to all who share the passing of our friend who exhibited these attributes in abundance.
Peace and Joy to Mac, Peace and Comfort to Doris and the entire McArdle clan.

Mac McArdle taught me what faith, courage, and enthusiasm is all about. I was lucky enough to have worked with Mac as a sales trainer, and one of his franchisees for several years.
Because of Mac, whenever I need to, I relive that time in my life when I had that "winning feeling", and it always works.
My deepest condolences to the McArdle family.

Dear Jim, Nancy and the McArdle Family, please accept my condolences at this sad time. Although I was never privileged to meet your Dad, I can see from the notes the legacy of good will he has left and hope this gives you comfort. I will remember you in my prayers.
