Geoffrey Collingwood Obituary

Geoffrey Collingwood, 50, an aerospace engineer for Bell Helicopter, born in Sedgefield, England, on June 22, 1953, died at home Sunday, July 13, 2003.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, Pastor Clifford Smith of Charleston, W.Va., officiating.

Memorials: Should friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or Community Hospice of Texas, 6100 Western Place, Fort Worth, Texas 76107, at www.chot.org.

Survivors: Beloved wife, Lorie Collingwood; son, Richard Collingwood of Isle of Wight, England; sister, Ann Hathi and husband, Manoj, of Bombay, India; sister, Pat Spiller and husband, Christian, of Barcelona, Spain; sister-in-law, Tracy Staton and husband, David, of Sissonville, W.Va.; brother-in-law, Chris Lanna and wife, Debra, of Beckley, W.Va.; nieces and nephews, Julie Spiller, Holly, Jessica and Wade Staton; and a host of other family and friends.
