To the Tiezzi Family,
Our family has many wonderful memories of Jeannie from the St. Joseph Table at St. Francis DeSales Church in Lake Zurich. I met Jeannie through my sister Joanne Blasco (Diehl). My mom & dad Rose & Tony Blasco's lives were very Blessed in knowing Jeannie, she was part of our family. I will always remember her beautiful smile and how she embraced life to the fullest. Fly my sweet sister with all the Angels and into God's arms where you are at peace. My prayers are for your family who will miss you. May Jesus give them strength during this difficult time. Much Love & Sincerity to everyone.

I am shocked and saddened to learn today of Jeanie's passing. Jeanie added complete joy to everyone and everything she touched. We go back a long time with family ties. Jeanie and I also worked together for many years at Kemper. Oh my gosh the fun we had! I will miss her but I know her beautiful spirit is not far. The beautiful memories we shared will forever remain a treasure.

Dearest Ed & Family -

I am so sorry to hear of Jeannie's passing. Your's was truly a love story and many times I thought that Mike and I would be so very fortunate to be as happy as the two of you after 50 years of marriage. I know how she looked forward to spending her anniversary at the Eiffel Tower in Vegas.

I am so fortunate that we got the opportunity to get together such a short time ago for dinner.

She had such a love for you, for her sons and daughter in-laws and for life itself.

She will truly be missed as I am writing you this note with tears in my eyes.

All our love,
Violet and Mike Cummins

To the Tiezzi Family,

You probably don't remember me. I am Eva (Cruz) Lenz and I know your Mom through Phyllis Grimm (who is her best friend). I am very sorry to hear about your Mom. I met your Mom on Race Street probably 35 years ago and everytime I saw her she always remembered me and my family. She was a very, very nice person and after reading the comments on these pages made me realize just how special she was to so many, many people. My condolences to her sons especially.

Ed:
My deepest sympathy in the lose of your lovely Jeannie. I didn't have the opportunity to be around Jeannie often, but everytime that I was in her company she was impressing. She was bubbly and I always enjoyed being around her.
Your son Michael is one of my very best friends. He is caring and bright with a great sense of humor. You and Jeannie
"done good" in raising such a fine son.
Having lost my wife Lil two years ago, I know how difficult it is for you. Having the support of your family and friends will help you cope with your loss. God bless you.

Words can't express how sad we are with this great loss. Auntie Jeannie was an amazing person. We will have our memories and those we will treasure always. She loved my children and they absolutely adored her. They looked forward to swimming with her and she never tired with, "Auntie Jeannie, Auntie Jeannie". We feel lucky to have had this beautiful lady in our lives for the time we did. Blessed to have known her and be loved by her. I believe in my heart she is with us still and will forever be our guardian angel. All our love, Craig, Robin, CJ & Tyler Holder

Mr. Tiezzi, Eddie & Michael,

I grew up living next door to the best neighbors in the world! Mrs. Tiezzi was like a second mom to me... always watching out for my sister and I, giving us ballet "tips" when we were practicing our baton in the front yard, and loving us like her own. I had the opportunity to introduce her to my husband on one trip back to Palatine, and on another trip my kids had the chance to meet the lady named Mrs. Tiezzi, whom I had often talked to them about. We are all very sad to know she is gone. She definately will not be forgotten.

Ed, Michael and Eddie,
What fond memories I have of Jean.
What a treat it was to see her a couple of years ago as she and Ed visited the Stipes and Constables in Atlanta. That was such a fun time remembering the good times on Brentwood Drive. I still remember the day that you all moved from Chicago into the suburban neighborhood of Brentwood. What fun times we had. Jean was always so energized and full of life. I know that you will miss her deeply. I feel blessed to have known her and have had her as part of my life. God bless you all during this difficult time.
