To theFamily of Gary M. Jones:
Our deepest sympathy and very much love to all of this wonderful family. It has been many years since we have been in contact with all of you. Perhaps we may even have the wrong Jones Family. Jim was one of our Boy Scouts at Maternity B.V.M. Parish on the Northwest side of Chicago. Marge and Ralph were wonderful parents and members of the church community that we belonged to.
Again, very much love to all of you and you will all be in our prayers for much needed strength during this sad loss.

Dearest Family of Gary Jones:
My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I met Gary back in 1996 and the greatest friendship i ever had began then. Everyone will always remember Gary's smile. We began playing cards together with a group of friends. Gary was always there for me. Through thick and thin -- Gary helped me through the biggest moments in my life. My kids will miss Gary. The last time I spoke with him, only a few days ago, he still asked about my kids. Gary taught me the true meaning of friendship and the value of life. Yes, I do have many regrets - but I am so grateful that at the end - He knew I was there for him. I never got to tell my father I loved him before he died - but I got that time with Gary... It killed me to watch Gary suffer as his disease took over. I'm truly glad he is released from his suffering and in a better place. Gary always talked about how much he loved his family and the value of family. I will never forget Gary Jones and what he has given me -- Gary will always be my Best Friend. He will truly be missed...Gary will always have a special place in my heart.
Love,
Patti Cole
