One of my fondest memories with my dad was his creation of "Popcorn Night", once a week my brother, sister and I would be bouncing around the kitchen stove, while my dad would be bouncing a kettle full of kernels over the flame. I was in charge of melting the butter, which was an somewhat of an honor, but maybe just a way to keep me busy. I am so blessed to have had the pleasure to reminisce the ole days of "popcorn night", and oh how sweet it was to listen to him share his secrets to making it absolutely perfect again!

Jeannine, Nadine & Freddy,
I want you to know how sorry I am for your loss. Although I never met your dad, I know that his greatest contribution was bringing three wonderful children and three beautiful grandchildren into this world. I hope the good memories you share bring you peace. Xoxoxo
