Gibson, Fred E. age 75, beloved husband of Inge, loving father of Andrea (Jerry) Sperath, Angela, Annemarie (Jeffrey) Barry, Richard (Caralin), Fred (Mary) and Robert (the late Diana), devoted grandfather of eight, he was also a dear brother, uncle and friend to many. Visitation Monday, 4 to 8 p.m. at Hollerbach Funeral Home, 4022-36 N. Elston Ave. at Irving Park Rd. Funeral Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. to St. Viator Church for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Heart Fund appreciated. Info 773-463-1510.

I AM VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.I KNEW FRED FROM JEWEL MANY YEARS AGO,HE WAS SUCH A NICE MAN.HE USED TO GIVE ME A RIDE IN THE REFRIGERATION TRUCK TO ADDISON & PULASKI BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD A CAR.HE ALWAYS HAD A NICE WORD.MY THOUGHTS & PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU.
