Frank was my mentor as a young, "wet behind the ears" Youth Minister during my Carmelite Internship at St. Bernadette's in Clear Lake City. What he taught me about leadership I now use as a Chaplain Supervisor at a major teaching hospital.

Father Tasker was truly an amazing person. From the time I was a child at St. Matthews, he was always the one I looked to in the church for inspiration and wisdom. He will be missed.

I will always remember Fr. Tasker's sense of humor and wit. When he was the Associate Pastor here at St. Albert he was always friendly and approachable. After I started to work at the parish office years later, we would get a call from the "pope" every once in a while and hear Fr. Tasker's laughter at the other end of the line totally delighted at our confusion.
May the Lord rest his soul.

Father Franklin was one of the finest people I ever had the honor to meet. I meet him when I met the Barney and Marie Hennessy family who knew him for years at Mt Carmel school and church on Reed Road in Houston. When Jerry, one of their sons, and I decided to get married in 1978 I had the honor of taking classes from Father Franklin as I wanted to join the Catholic church and he worked with Jerry and I towards our wedding in February 1980 at Mt Carmel Catholic Church as St Bernadette did not have a building at that time in Clear Lake City. He later christened our daughter, Jennifer Michelle, in 1981 and our son, Shawn Michelle, in 1985. He was a remarkable people person and everyone who knew him loved him. I have kept up with him all these past years and I am deeply saddened to lose him. He was a magnificient influence over my life. All my love to you, dear Father Franklin as you finally go to be with the one you have served so faithfully. I as well as the rest of the world will miss you greatly.

Father was my first contact with St. Albert of Trapani church in Houston Tex.
After weekday mass one morning I asked him how I could join the parish and he marched me down the hall to the office and introduced me to other parishioners. Unfortunately, he left shortly after we arrived but he made a lasting impression.
My condolence to his family and the Carmellites

To Father Franklin's family:
I know that I don't have to tell you what a wonderful person he was. Everyone who knew him knows that. He was a people magnet. He became my family's friend upon the death of my husband, George, in 1991. He was so empathetic and caring. When my son, Steve, became terminally ill in 2003, Father was a loving friend, speaking to Steve and to me on several occasions. If only he could be here for my family when I die, I know he would have cared about them. I truly loved this man and I will miss him, profoundly! Now, in Heaven, he is receiving all of the love that he has earned here on earth. I am so sorry for your loss.
Prayerfully,
Pat Peterman
