Dear Stelter Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing...he was a truly wonderful person. I had the privilege of knowing him back in high school...he was my Junior Prom date at Trinity HIgh School. He was a lot of fun to be with and was a true gentleman, had a terrific sense of humor, and a winning smile. He could light up a whole room with that smile of his!
Looking at pictures I can tell he was a terrific uncle and was loved dearly by his nieces and family. Cherish the wonderful memories of his life.
May God Bless Frank...may he rest in peace.

All my thoughts are with Frank & his family today. He was a great guy & I am lucky to have known him if only for a little while. I remember freshman football with him on the "B" team. His smile made everyone feel better.

I went to high school with Frank and although I don't believe I had seen him since, Frank always stuck in my memory banks. We rode the 315 bus, I can still see him getting on at Ridgeland and Pershing. No matter how hard things got or how much pressure a faculty member put on him, Frank always seem to stand strong.
Frank was always a kind soul, my condolences to his family. Way to young and way to good to be gone.
