Frank, I cant express the pain of loosing you. I am so lost and sad. I am sorry I wasnt there for you as you suffered through so much overwhelming pain. I tried so hard to bring happiness in your life after you lost Dawn. But I couldn't help you thru all the lonely days and nights you had all by yourself. I pray you are happy in Heaven with Dawn again. I will miss you terribly and I love you so much. I am doing my best to take care of everything for you down here. I know you will be looking down on all of us and you will be our guardian angel from heaven. Love you and will always keep you in my heart forever and ever. Your Lukie is so happy living with Kathy. Until we meet again in heaven please ask God to bless all of us down here. Love you Frank

Nancy, Rhea & Fred, and all of the Regan family. I don't know what I can possibly say to you. I just found out and I am devastated, as I know you are. There was nobody better in this world to make you smile than Frank. I have to guess that his life was not the same without Dawn, and we can only hope that he will be smiling again now that he's with her once again. Please know that I want to be there, but I am on crutches with a broken foot, and I am trying. If I don't make it, please know that I am praying for all of you at this sad time, and I would give anything to be able to tell you this in person.

My boys will miss you dearly! They still remember just a couple weeks ago when we were playing the bowling tournament on Wii, Michael still has the five bucks! Gabriel will always think of you everytime he watches Nascar. I am so thankful you came to see Ella and held her before you had to go. I still can see you standing by her bassinet holding her in your arms with that nervous smile! You were so happy I had finally had my girl. Thank you for all the great memories, I will miss you! I know you are at peace now in heaven with Aunt Dawn. All my love, Kim

Uncle Frank and Gabriel on Christmas Eve, I don't know who was more excited! We will cherish the memories you left us!
