Frank - my Friend!
I just now learned the news that you have gone home to be with Lord - and it burdens me so! I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with you, to know you, and grow as your friend. I will always remember our long conversations in your office - on those lonely nights when AHOC was empty, and it seemed like you and I were the only two remaining. How many times did we walk out together - crossing that cold, dark parking lot - discussing the stuff of life! Those were great talks we had - about marriage, the kids, family, work, - and most importantly FAITH! I will cherish those memories forever.
I loved your energy, your determination, your character and your heart! I loved you Frank - and prayed for you! But it appears God has a different plan.
Holy Scripture tells us that in God's Kingdom, a day as is a thousand years - and a thousand years is as a day! So until that day when I come to my appointed hour, Frank - I'll see you in a minute!
Be Blessed, my Friend!

To The Family of the late Frank Recchia -
You are in my thoughts and prayers during your hours of bereavement. Frank was my immedaite supervisor at Ford Motor, and he was a very caring man with a good sense of humor. He loved his family and talked about his children all the time. I am saddened by your loss, but know that God does not make any mistakes - it was his appointed time although he will be missed by many who knew him.
May God Bless and Keep You in His Care,
Audrey Viglione

To all Frank's dear family, my heart is aching for you. I knew Frank as "Frankie", a darling little boy and much loved brother of two other special Recchias: Grace and Chiara. Our paths diverged way back in the late 60s, but I'm so happy we reconnected a few years ago, and I got to spend a wonderful evening with Frank and Grace at a Mitch Albom event. It was so much fun to meet the adult Frankie, an incredibly witty, attractive and so so charming man. I loved viewing the photo gallery: I see such a loving, happy son, brother, father, uncle, friend. Rest in peace, Frankie. Thank you for sharing time with me here. I really will never forget you.

To the Recchia family, I hope it brings you comfort to know that Frank touched so many people unknown to you. His genuine care for others, his gentle nature, and the way he spoke to others with kindess, respect, and a gentle smile, were a constant. His presence will be missed here on Earth, but I look forward to meeting him again, pain and worry free, in our Lord's Heaven. God Bless all of you.

I'm so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. We worked together at Ford Credit for a number of years. I can recall We had many great conversations about our Italian hertiage and automobiles. He loved cars and baseball, but nothing stood above his love for his children. He was a great example to us all. Although I'm saddened by his departure from earth, I'm comforted in knowing that he is enjoying his new life in heaven.

I worked with Frank at Ford and worked for him at Comerica. Frank is one of the finest people I've ever known and I was blessed to know him and call him a friend. Frank led by example and always took care of others. Frank would always know exactly waht to do and say to make you feel better and he cared about others very deeply and sincerely. Frank asked me to clean up two shotguns that belonged to his father and he wanted to give them to his son and daughter and I was happy to be able to do some small thing for him as he did so much for me and many others. I will miss Frank very much...

To the Frank Recchia Family,
I worked with Frank at Ford Motor Company in IT Security for four years until both of us decided to retire in 2007. He was a delight to around. His son and daughter meant everything to him. Hopefully, this poem with give you comfort:
And God Said
I said: "God I hurt"
He said: "I know"
I said: "God I cry a lot"
He said: "That is why I gave you tears"
I said: "God. I'm so depressed"
He said: "That is why I gave you sunshine"
I said: "God life is hard"
He said: "That is why I gave you Loved Ones"
I said: "God my Loved One died"
He said: "So did Mine"
I said: "God it is such a loss"
He said: "I saw Mine Nailed to the Cross"
I said: "God, but your Loved One lives"
He said: "So does Yours"
I said: "God, where are they now?"
He said: "Mine is on My Right, Yours is in the
Light"
I said: "God it hurts"
He said: "I know"
May God be with all of you.

I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. Frank was a great coworker and took pride in his work at Comerica. I enjoyed talking with Frank about our children who both attended Grand Valley State. I pray that God will embrace Frank in heaven, taking all his pain away, and comfort his loved ones during this time of grief.
