Quattrochi Sr., Frank J. "Pa Q", age 76, beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Ruppe), loving father of Ann Marie (Robert) Zgoda, Frank J. Jr. (Christine), Andy (Linda), Carol (Fred) Moreth, Mary (Carlos) Torres, Joseph (Mary) and Michael, dearest grandfather of 16, dear brother of Josephine (the late Ore) Allison and the late Anthony (Maureen) and Salvatore (the late Barbara), dear brother-in-law of Richard (Michelle) Barsema and Wesley Barsema, fond uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at 9:45 a.m., from the Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., to St. William Church. Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Resurrection Hospital Chapel, 5645 W. Addison St., Chicago, IL, 60634. Visitation Monday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. 773-622-9300
