Dear Norine and Mary Catherine and Rob: I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Frank. Pat and I read the paper the day of his funeral. I had a wedding Friday nite and didn't get a chance to read the paper. We missed you both at Gaelic Park this Memorial weekend. Frank was probably sick. I know you will miss him very much and our prayers are with you and your family. Mike has been gone six years already and it never gets easy. Give us a call we are both in the phone book or information. We would like to see you.

Love Mary Fitz and Pat Rafferty

I've known Frank for over 40 years. I just loved this guy. He was the greatest guy...and the best friend I've ever had.

I remember when he would come over to visit, we would have quite a few beers and just have the greatest of times. I've never known a guy that could drink beer like Frank did and never once get drunk.

I just loved it when he called me "Pep". He loved my family as if they were his own, and we loved his just the same way.

He was the most beautiful person I've even known. I know he knows that I'll miss him more than words could ever say....cause I miss him that much already.

It is because of that love that I wish to sponsor the web site page on Legacy.com so that his memory will live on for all of us.

I invite all of his friends and family to join me in adding there special thoughts to this page.

I love you Frank...You'll always be an Ace in my book.

Sincerely,

Tom Pepper

Frank & Norine,

It has only been a short time that I have known you. From the first time I met you both, you made me feel quite at home and I thank you for that.

It was clear from the way that I heard Bobby and his dad talk about you both that you were very special people.

I'm glad for the time we did have together, even though it wasn't long enough. I'm especially glad that we were able to come to see Frank a few weeks ago. I know it was important for both Tom and Bobby to be able to talk to Frank and make sure he knew how much they cared.

We will all be here for you Norine, so if there is anything we can do to help ease your pain, please let us know.

Frank is in good hands now, and his pain has ended. God Bless You Frank!

Sincerely,

Kelly Sabol

I want to say this to you Norine, you still have a lot of friends, and some that have already passed on, like my mom, doc and several others.

You will always have a special place in my heart and you'll never get rid of me. Most of your friends will be the same way, that's for sure.

I'm at a loss for words right now, but know that I love you!

Mary Catherine is proof that you guys did a terrific job. You're great people.

We all will keep Frank in our hearts.

I love you Norine!

All I remember about Frank is that he was one nice guy. He liked to call me up to tell me his stupid jokes and he would laugh more than I did at most of them.

He was also a friend of my mom and dad. He was someone who never lost when he gambled because he had such a quick wit about him. I couldn't even beat him at lagging quarters.

One of the best things about him was his laugh. I honestly believe he will be missed my many, even the people on Archer where he walked his beat a few years back.

Family and Friends will definately miss Frankie. I'm glad I can call him my friend, because that's what he was.

Sincerely and With Much Love,

Bob Pepper

God Bless You Frank!
