Lynch, Frank "Joe" of LaGrange Park, beloved husband of Lucille, loving father of Therese Lynch and Jim Lynch, second father to Paula and Tracey, grandfather of Megan, Beth, Nora, Ryan and Dan, beloved owner of Teddy, Dolly and Mandy, babysitter to Misty. WWII Navy Chief, proud graduate of St. Ignatius. Fanatic Reds and Purdue fan. Bingo King. Lover of all animals, friend to so many, cherished by all. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Prayers 8:45 a.m., Wednesday, from funeral home to St. Louise De Marillac Church, LaGrange Park, for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. I will always remember those great evenings with Mr Lynch on Bingo nights. I can hear him saying to the angels right now..." Wrong number, That's the wrong number I need I22! My heart goes out to Mrs. Lynch and Therese, your husband and father will be missed.

Joe Lynch is the loving father of my dear friend, Therese. Joe reminded me so much of my own father when we were growing up. Joe had that loving Irish, humerous personality, served in the Navy, and a friend to all. I will always see Joe in Therese, as she has many of his wonderful Irish traits. We know he will always be with her, guiding in spirit, just as when he raised her. He will be missed.
