I was very fortunate to have known Frank as a fellow aviator and amateur radio operator. He was a very good man, was always willing to help others, and will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this very difficult time.

Condolences to Frank's family. He was one of the charter members of the Central Virginia Six Meter Single Sideband Net. For many years I very much enjoyed his association with amateur radio and our mutual enthusiasm for flying.

To the Isbell family,

I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was the first person to take me up in an airplane and to this day I remember that with thrills and excitement!

Kay, we have lost touch over the years but I still remember our first apartment together and the fun we had.

May the memories of your time together as a family bring you peace in the days ahead. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers!
