Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline F. (nee Weyand); loving father of Steven Weyand (Ester) Folkers; dear brother of George F. (Jean), Janet M. (the late William E.) Workman, and the late Herbert P., Jr.; fond uncle of seven nieces and nephews.
