Frank was the best man I knew... He always made you feel good. He was there for me for advise, He was there to bust my stones, He was there to defend me... But, most important is that he was there... I love you Frank and I will miss you...

Day in and day out no matter how down and out you were Frank would get you to put a smile on your face. His memories will live on forever. Our prayers are with you Roie and your family

Roie, I am truely sorry for your loss, Frank was one of a kind. I will miss his jokes, his smile, sitting in the lunch room having lunch with him, and Frank peaking in to the office always with a smile and say, "good morning guys". Frank will be missed, Our Prayers are with you.

In the 15 years I've known you, you have always been somebody you could talk to and always be there for everyone. I'm most going to miss who I will give my Sun Times to so they can work on the crossword puzzles. Will miss you alot. You were so proud of your granddaughter and I still think we should have had a prearranged marriage for our grandchildren. Rest in peace Frank. We all will miss you.

Frank was a wonderful person. I saw him a few weeks ago and with one line he had me laughing. That was one of many great things about Frank. I will truely miss him and I know town hall will be missing a lovely member of the family. My condolences to the Esposito family.

Uncle Frank was truly one of a kind. Working with him in records was the best. He had the pictures of co workers children on display and I remember putting mine up there because I was jealous. He left it up there for quite sometime as I remember. I also remember fighting him for pens, he always hid the good ones. I would sneak in the drawer and take them when he would leave. Jay is going to miss the competition of who could eat the most at family parties. We are here for anything you, danielle or sarah needs. We are close and can be at your house in a sec. I know there are no words of comfort. Every day of knowing Frank was a blessing in all of our lives.
