Dear Family of Frank,

How very sorry I was to see that Frank had passed away. It was

always such a joy to have him come into the Pre-Admissions Dept. at South Suburban Hospital and get a chance to talk with him. He always had a smile on his face and such kindness in his heart. I will not only miss Franks "visits" every 3 months to us but also miss the oppotunity to chat with his grandaughters who were so very kind and gentle towards Frank-he was a very blessed man to have been loved and cared for by such WONDERFUL family. My prayers and deepest sympathies to all of Frank's family.

Fondly,

Valerie K. Jirik RN
