Frances Rennard Obituary

Frances E. Rennard, 81, died Thursday, April 15, 2004. She was born December 31, 1922, to Luther A. and Nada (Downs) Jones at Batesville, Arkansas.

Mrs. Rennard, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was a great cook, who was active in her church as a Sunday School teacher. She had been a member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist since 1963.

Preceded in death by two brothers, James and Robert Jones, and a sister, Ruth Vest, she is survived by her husband, Joseph Rennard; two sons, Donald Rennard and his wife, Evelyn, and Dennis Rennard and his wife, Becky; two daughters, Sandra Hogan and her husband, Richard, and Lori Bearden and her husband, James; a brother, Bill Jones and his wife, Jane, a sister, Mary Lynn Hale and her husband, Bill; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Rennard, Traci Berry, John Rennard, Faith Rennard, Bryan Hogan, Kirk Bearden, and Kristofer Rennard; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 19, 2004, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, with Reverend Don Mosley officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 18, 2004, at the funeral home.
