Jurkowski, Frances T. (nee Pick), age 90, of Dyer, IN. passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2007. dear mother of Terry (late Richard) Baccetti; loving grandmother of Dina (Arek) Baczkowski, Michael Baccetti; loving great-grandmother of Olivia and Luke Baczkowski; she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward Jurkowski; parents, Julius and Stella Pick; brothers, Edwin, Ted and Alex Pick; sisters, Anna (late Albert) Afryl, Clara (Frank) Lachanski and Alma Rogasik. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. from the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL, to St. Ann Church, 3010 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL. for Mass at 9 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Frances was a member of the Polish Roman Catholic Union of Chicago for many years. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
