I can hardly believe that a year has gone by already, it seems just like yesterday when I last spent time with you. I am extremely grateful for having the pleasure of knowing such a remarkable woman. Thank You for many special blessings that you had given to me throughout the years. The memory of the very first time I met you, will live on in my heart forever. Hello Mother,
When I called you sometimes I would say hello mother. I just miss you so much. Hearing your voice and talking to you. Mom, whenever I need someone to talk to, laugh with, to trust in and love I could always turn to you, my Mother, my best frined. I miss that alot. Christmas is a hard time for me. I would see you and Dad by cindy and Jose's house. I know how much you loved Christmas. I remember you told me last year that you wanted to put lots of lights up. To make all your kids happy. Mom, thanks for always making Christmas at home so happy. You put warmth and love into everything you did. You are a gift worth celebrating everyday of the year.
I will always LOVE YOU!!!

Love Darlene

Hi Mom,
today is March 9th and its Darlenes 49th birthday, she was going to write to you but she's sick today...so I'm doing it for her...we miss you terribly Mom, we call each other daily to talk about you and help each other through our grief...I know you are safe and healthy but your presense here is missed daily...Its selfish to miss you so much but you were such a part of our daily lifes that its hard to let go....We are keeping each other strong and we are remembering you daily...you are forever in our hearts and minds...We love and miss you...and our birthdays aren't as joyous without you here. If theres one thing you taught us Mom it's to be strong and it is with that belief that we get through each day...We will do you proud....Love Cindy and Darlene

Hi Mom,
Today is my birthday and I missed your phone call. I picked up Josh Groban's cd and listened to "You Raise Me Up." This song reminds me of you and I try to have the strength that you had. I miss you very much and there are times I try to pick up the phone to talk to you. I will always love you with all my heart.

Hi Mom,
Today is two months since we lost you. I miss you terribly and I still pick up the phone and try to call you. I was in the bookstore yesterday and I saw a book and I thought of you...You pop into my head at the spur of the moment and I don't even know what triggers it but all of a sudden I feel like I need to talk to you....I wish I could....I know you are in a much better place and I know I will be with you again. All of my family is fine and Josh misses you Mom. It was hard to explain to him why you couldn't come back to us but I told him God needed you more in heaven at this time. Dad misses you. I love you Mom...Love Cindy
