Dear Fred, Sue and family,

I wish to express my sympathies. Fernando is one young man who defied the odds. As large as our family is, I had the pleasure to know him when he was young, and watch him as he grew up. Distances kept us from getting closer, but I will always remember his smile, and the way he laughed, and the enthusiasm he has for life. We all will miss him, and I know that he is looking down at us, and will be with us forever.

Warmest sympathies to the entire Villa family.
All our love,
Ruben Alberto and Dawn Valadez
cousins to Fernando E.

P.S. Love is forever. As long as we love, Fernando will live with us forever.

My Dearest Cousin Fred, Sue and family:

We were so deeply saddened to hear the news of Nando’s passing. Although I didn’t know him very well, I do recall the last time I saw him (I think it was at George’s house) many years back and what an impression he made on me in that short time! What a very kind and thoughtful young man he was. His quiet way, and that cute shy smile, led me to immediately appreciate the uniqueness of this young man. Know that he is now safe in God’s heaven, in no pain and has joined hands with other loved ones that our families have lost.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

God bless and love and hugs to you all,

Ruby, John, Lindsay & Lauren

Dear Fred, Sue and family, I was deeply moved at Freds Memorial Service at Willow Creek. It saddens me that I didn't get to know him as well as others did. What wonderful testimonials for your wonderful son. You two obviously did a wonderful job in raising him with strong values. Be very proud of yourselves and yes you will miss him terribly but he will always be in your hearts. We are lucky to have our own special "Angel" looking out for the rest of us. Our family sends you their deepest sympathy and love. God bless you. Patty Valadez and family

Dear Sue & Fred,

I had the pleasure of meeting Little Fred only once but that is all it took to know what a courageous son you had. He was an inspiration to us all.

I hope the courage and strength he displayed over the years helps you in this difficult time. Remember that he will always be in your hearts and watching over you.

With love & Prayers,
Carissa Weiglein (Frank's Niece)

I'm sorry to hear that Fred has passed away. I used to hang out with him over at Adam and Jake's house all the time. He will be missed in the neighboorhood.

Dear Villa family,
My heart broke this morning when I read about Fred. For years people who knew of the Marathon have asked me about how Fred was doing. I knew you all had moved to Florida, and I hoped and prayed that Fred was happy and healthy. I have good memories of working with Fred in junior high. What a courageous young man to have to go through so much. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and know that God will give you strength during this difficult time.
