Fred came into my life when my world was changing drastically. He was the kindest, most generous man I have ever known. This world has such a void since his passing. He will always hold a special place in my heart. God Bless him.

Like many people Mr. Serpe helped me through the toughest times of my life. He was a wonderful and intellectual man. He will be missed. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

Mr Serpe was there for me during hard times when i was fighting a case and he worked with me and got me out of trouble and helped me clean up my life back in 2011 and i thank God for Him. I just tried to contact him the today for a friend and then i see this im sooo sorry for your loss serpe family yall are in my prayers he was a Great Man with a great heart. We met Fred in our first year of law school and remained friends throughout law school,even after we had moved to Wisconsin. Fred had the biggest heart, and cared deeply for friends and family. We are so saddened by his loss, and we send our heartfelt sympathies to his family.

I first met Fred when I was a student at St. Giles, and we were classmates through our Fenwick years. Where we were members of the Fenwick Class of 1973. I remember that ever present Fred Serpe smile lighting up everyone's day. He made many people smile. His positive energy will be missed and I feel fortunate to know him. Fred was a truly great guy that kept his job in prospective. Always happy and smiling! We will all miss him dearly.

Fred and I were law clerks together at the Attorney General's office. He was smart, fun, entertaining, likeable and always raised everyone else's spirits. Heaven will greet him with great joy.
