Fred came into my life when my world was changing drastically. He was the kindest, most generous man I have ever known. This world has such a void since his passing. He will always hold a special place in my heart. God Bless him.

I first met Fred when I was a student at St. Giles, and we were classmates through our Fenwick years. Where we were members of the Fenwick Class of 1973. I remember that ever present Fred Serpe smile lighting up everyone's day. He made many people smile. His positive energy will be missed and I feel fortunate to know him. Thank you to his family for sharing Fred with us. The Serpe family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
