Klarich, F. John Age 71, at peace on November 23, 2013 after a brief battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Joan (nee VanderPloeg) for 51 years; loving father of Catherine (Paul) Wendt, Michelle Klarich, Jennifer Klarich, Laura Klarich, and Susan (Paul) Romano; dear "Papa" of Malia and Hana Bradbury, Michael, Giancarlo, and Jenna Signorelli, Kate and Carly Lawler; Ryan and Kirsten Duffy, PFC Paul Romano U.S.M.C. and Olivia Romano; proud great-grandfather of Oliver Moore; devoted son of Marija "Mimi" and the late S. Richard Klarich; dear brother of M. Richard (Mary Beth) and the late Nina Klarich; loving son-in-law of the late Marjorie and Peter VanderPloeg; fond brother-in-law of Andrew Vander Ploeg (Susan Keesen). John was also dearly loved by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends. John's smile and spirit will always be remembered by those who knew him. Recently retired Cook County Deputy Sheriff from the Bridgeview Courthouse. Family and friends will meet on Saturday morning at Our Lady of the Woods Church, 10731 W. 131st Street, Orland Park, IL 60462 for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Committal service and burial on Monday at St. Mary Cemetery will be private.
