Plotsky, Evelyn (nee Nathan), beloved wife of the late Hyman Plotsky, loving mother and friend of Melvin (Ellen Beth) and Neil (Dana) Plotsky, Sheri (Jeff) Nianick, the late Eugene (Mina) and David Plotsky, fond mother-in-law of Sharon Shapiro, Debbie Greenberg and Sandra Imyack, loving bubby of Fred (Barb), Mona, Dena (Craig), Joel (Daphnie), Andrea (Jerry), Maxine (Lou), Jacob, Kari, Courtney, Dan, Ryan, Kyle, Amanda, Corey and Brooke, adored great-grandmother of Sadie, Nate, Aaron, Stephanie, Tim, Jamie, Brandon, Sydney, David, Michael, Tyler and Brody, dear sister of Jerome and Norman (Lee) Nathan, fond aunt and friend of many. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Services Wednesday, 10 a.m., at Congregation Beth Am, 225 McHenry Rd., (just North of Lake-Cook Rd.), Buffalo Grove. Interment Tiktiner Cemetery-Jewish Waldheim, Forest Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Junior Cancer League, 8912 Oconto, Morton Grove, IL, 60053. Although we never had the opportunity to meet "Bubby" Evelyn we certainly heard about her loving ways to the entire family from our close friends Andrea and Jerry Glass.
