D'Adamo, Evelyn M. (nee Stachura), age 83, of Lombard, formerly of Oak Park, died peacefully May 2nd, after a long battle with cancer. Devoted wife of Daniel D'Adamo Sr. for 61 years, daughter of the late John and Mary Stachura, loving mother of Antoinette (Sam) Priorello, Daniel, Jr. (Mary) D'Adamo and Theresa (Len) Misztal, cherished Nani of Christopher (Laura) Priorello, Salvatore (Crystal) Priorello, Vincent (Felicia) Priorello, Joseph Priorello, Anna Marie and Samantha D'Adamo, Selena and Anthony Misztal, loving great-Nani of Giovanni Priorello and soon to be born Baby Boy Priorello, dear sister-in-law of Michael (Marie) D'Adamo, the late Rosie (Tony) Lettieri, and Tony (Angie) D'Adamo, sister of the late Helen, Betty, Jean and Mitchell, adoring aunt of many nieces and nephews. Member of the Smiling Handicrafters of Oak Park, IL. Loved to crochet and bake for family and friends, the Chicago Bulls and enjoyed playing bingo. Visitation Wednesday, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd. (3 blocks S. of Roosevelt) Lombard. Funeral Thursday, prayers 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Giles, Oak Park, Mass 10:00 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
