Beverly and Lyn~
We remember fondly the conversations we had with
both your parents and you in Douglas. They both seemed to be so very happy up there. Though no longer Michigan neighbors, we are saddened to hear that your mother has passed on.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

As a college freshman some 500 miles from home, I spent my first birthday away in the hospitality of the Coscarelli home. Mrs. Coscarelli made a German chocolate cake - a personal favorite - complete with candles. I have appreciated her generosity of spirit and affection - and occasional motherly advice - over the many years since and will always remember her classic sense of style. A true lady with grit. Thanks, Bev and Lyn, for sharing her with me. May you find comfort in the legacy of her continuing love for you, and may God grant her blessed repose and eternal memory.
