To a man, who was like a second dad to me. Today you are gone in life, but in my heart and memories you will live on. All i can say to you is thank you for being that man and second dad.. You will be missed tremendously.

It's hard & trust me it isn't easy to get over something like this, but we have to trust God to help us get through this day by day. I will miss him dearly as you know he was like a father to me. Gene you will be missed, I enjoyed the time I had with you and Mike hunting in southern Illinois. Gene you made us laugh and you made us lunch and dinner, boy was it good and you also sat with us around the fire and kept us company.
