Aunty Dorothy and Uncle Gene were a part of my childhood. Thanksgiving and Easter. The steel bowls full of chips and the carnival colored glasses he made sure were always filled. "The Nuns Room". The beer signs and the pool table. Moving the two ton air-conditioners. Uncle Gene was a steady prescence, always there. Other than my mom, he was the last of that generation from the Krzysieks. He'll be remembered and missed.
