Michaels, Eugene L. age 81, Army WWII Veteran of the 25th Infantry Division "Tropic Lightning", beloved husband of the late Rita Marie (nee Roble), loving father of Thomas (Sharon) and Candice (Ronald) Usauskas, dearest grandfather of Russell Usauskas, Jordyn and Jaime Michaels. Funeral Thursday, 8:45 a.m., from Modell Funeral Home, 5725 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Member of St. Mary Star of the Sea H.N.S., Johnson-Phelps Post #5220 V.F.W., Chicago Local #458-3M Graphic Arts Union and lifetime member of Caritas Society. Please omit flowers. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. 773-767-4730
