Dear Pat,
I was so sadden to see the announcement of Gene's death. I hope he did not suffer and that you and your family find peace quickly.
I remember very distinctly when Gene started at the store. I was told if I had any problems he was the person to contact. I always enjoyed working with him.
Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.
